- Troubleshoot and resolve daily system issues.
- Provide telephone, remote and on-site support to your clients.
- Communicate with your clients with regard to their IT infrastructure current status and assist them in achieving their business objectives through the application of technology.
Requirements - Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Solid understanding of Windows Active Directory structure
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Good decision making abilities.
- MCTS / MCITP / MCDST preferred

Level 2 Network AdministratorDo you want to break out of the cubicle?? We are looking for talented technicians with experience who want to be a contributing member of the T3 team. If you are looking for a place you where you can grow professionally and truly be a part of a successful company, we are such a place. As a Level 2 Network Administratorwith T3 Technologies, you are able to chart your own course. You will be expected to support clients directly and to help less experienced technicians as they support clients. Your "front-line" insights will help drive the direction of our company. Responisibilities - Act as technical first point of contact for priority clients
- Function in project management role for your clients
- Develope and implement complex and long-term IT stategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
- Support management efforts
- Support Level 1 technicians in their daily responsibilities
Requirements - Skilled in backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical/problem solving ability
- Time management, organizational skills, multitasking skills, ability to embrace change
- You must possess the ability to stand alone in a very technically advanced environment where you may experience and be responsible for solving challenging issues
- The candidate should be able to comprehend and have the desire to learn new technology while proactively bettering their knowledge to support emerging technology within a fast growing company
- Willingness to go the extra mile and be self motivated is key in an environment where you will be expected to perform and better your skills while taking your career to the next level
- Degree in Computer Science / IT / MIS or related skill set is preferred, but not required
- Current MCSE / MCSE preferred
